Shipping policy

At Miixora, we ship fizz and fun straight to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about how your drink bombs travel from our HQ to your glass.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or seasonal boxes may take longer since they’re made-to-order with extra care.


2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic orders (India): 4–7 business days.

  • International orders: 10–20 business days, depending on customs and destination.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs checks, or unexpected events.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on product or checkout pages.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Customs & Duties

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t control these charges or predict them in advance.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order seems delayed or lost, contact us at miixorateam@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help track it down.

  • Please note that once a package leaves our hands, responsibility lies with the carrier — but we’ll always fizz up solutions where possible.
