Refund policy

At Miixora, we want every sip to feel magical. While our drink bombs are crafted with fizz, fun, and lots of love, here’s our policy in case something goes off-bubble:

📦 Refunds

We offer full refunds for defective drink bombs.

  • Notify us within 2 days of receiving your order for return

  • Send us a quick photo of the damage to help us process your request faster.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-9 days.

❌ Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations.
Why? Because once you’ve met our drink bombs, you won’t want to cancel. Plus, joy shouldn’t be paused.

🔄 Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products. If you received a damaged order, it will be refunded as per our refund policy above.
